General Information
ENGRAVING CHARGES - Engraving price varies depending on how many awards you are ordering.
ARTWORK - If you supply us camera ready art there are no additional
charges. Clean Black & White camera ready artwork is essential for proper
laser engraving. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes camera-ready
art. Artwork requiring touch up will incur a minimum art charge of $50. We will advise if charges will exceed this minimum
Artwork may be supplied as a vector EPS or any standard vector file accompanied by a PDF.
PERSONALIZATION - Personalization for straight line type is $5
per line, per award including typesetting. Customer is responsible for accurate
spelling of supplied names.
PROOFS - There is no charge for the first emailed proof Additional
Proofs are $15.00
PRODUCTION TIMES - Normal production time is 1 - 2 weeks.
Rush orders are available, they may incur additional charges.
TRADEMARKS - We assume that our clients have legal rights to use
any and all trademarks supplied to us for reproduction.
